Pros

Nice people, good location and multicultural atmosphere.

Cons

People are treated like kids, system is terrible, website tries to fool customers - very dishonest business, compliance on the phone is strict, while in the website is okay. A lot of pressure to keep on strict schedules, short breaks and no room to manage your time. Awful company overall.

Hi and thanks for your review. I can't be sure but this does look very much like a repeat review from one that was posted 23rd April, which I responded to yesterday. I can assure you that as a management team we welcome feedback of all types as that is the only way we will become the truly amazing place to work that we aspire to be. We are working very closely with the management team in Barcelona, holding listening sessions with colleagues and taking on board. As I said in reply to the last review a real demonstration of us listening is the change to the working pattern that was referred to there. Office is Nice(barcelona) , people are amazing,

Cons

Poor management, work processes are complicated and nobody knows the right way to do. Promised benefits that they never give / short breaks

Hiya and thanks for your feedback although I am clearly disappointed with what you have to say and I am sorry that you have left us. I agree with you that the office is very nice and the people are amazing I was there last month and you really get that sense when you are there, it is something special. I don't agree that we are just another call centre and from what I have seen, we are very different from other call centres in Barcelona. We have a unique culture, very strong values and a range of benefits I have not see anywhere else in the area and I know more benefits are on their way (I signed them off today!) Having said that, we are a new operation, we are growing quickly (from 0 to 150+ people in 9 months) and teething problems are to be expected. We are also learning about the best way to work between Manchester and Barcelona. So thanks again for your feedback and your contribution to our business and I wish you every success for the future - Ryan
