      Pros

      Due to insufficient internal resources & high turnover, there’s frequent openings that allows for you to take on new roles. This can be an ideal scenario for recent graduates to obtain experience & find what role best fits their skills. Despite the lack of resources, thanks to the numerous contractors, whom primarily are retired former employees, there’s still a wealth of knowledge available. The benefits in terms of the 401K & vacation are also competitive with the industry.

      Cons

      Based on the timeline of the current reviews, it’s highly unlikely that they’re all authentic. Due to inexperienced management, a lack of communication & non-competitive salaries, all departments have suffered significant turn over for the past several years.

      Pros

      The 401k is decent, the pay mediocre and the benefits good.

      Cons

      I am a very long term employee who has seen a transformation in the company culture. People who have worked here for 10+ years are systematically overlooked for promotion. Nepotism runs rampant and many key positions are filled by husband/wife, cousins or relatives from the global headquarters. They seem to allow a revolving glass door of overseas employees to fill vacancies. The executive team over the past five years have all found better jobs with other companies that value individual contributions and are not dictatorial in their management style.

      Poor leadership (Generally) Talent and high performer turnover Promotion of incompetency Claims of high ethical values and awards that are at odds with actual priorities (profits) Lack of resourcing (personnel, initiative funding) Engagement activities do not lead to change Heavy global influence leading to uniformed and disconnected directives Poor external customer service and poor local community reputation DE&I focus is transactional and does not foster true inclusion Siloed departmental processes and procedures

This year we also expanded our DE&I team and launched a new tradition with Diversity Week.
