Pros

Employees have great autonomy to build their professional career There a great managers that really care about you Get exposure to senior leadership Opportunities to take on challenges that are outside of your comfort zone Very smart and diverse peers

Cons

If you are easy to get carry away by the amount of work, you must operate with caution as you can easily end up working 12h shifts. No one will ever ask you to do that, but you will feel pressured to deliver fast

Pros

Incredible work centers: The places to work are very good, comfortable, large and offer everything we need to be well. The company welcomes the transfer from one center to another, and from one job to another.

Cons

Salaries could be more competitive at the level of competition. There are no increases if it is not per level.

Pros

I'm learning a lot, and I'm developing new skills. Also, I'm taking on more responsibilities, which is really good if you want to grow professionally. I receive both positive and negative feedbacks on a regular basis, which is something that is really making me grow as a person and as an associate. I feel valued at Amazon. And I feel that if you work hard they see and reward it. Also, the work environment is great, and people have a positive mindset. Another great aspect of working at Amazon that I value a lot is the diversity and the importance given to it.

Cons

During the selection process I was told several times by different people that if you work hard there are many growth and promotion opportunities at Amazon. Unfortunately, after I joined Amazon something in the organization changed, it seems that everything froze, and there are no growth opportunities in my department - at least at the moment. But I guess it's something temporary. Also, I think that they give more importance to quantity (metrics) instead of quality (how you actually interact with partners and the effort you put in order to deliver an excellent experience). However, these are the only two flaws that I can find.
