      - A good place to learn - Very efficient working environment. A lot of processes and methodologies that you can take to other places - Fast pace - If you're good and a good fit with the company you will grow a lot

      Cons

      - Poor management capabilities. You feel like you're a disposable resource and managers, in general, are there more for you to report to than to support you. - Everyone is fighting for visibility - You never feel like your safe at your position. A lot of firing. - Toxic work environment. Everyone's out for themselves and very stressed - Lack of a sense of a mission. You feel like your working to make the company bigger. - Unethical behavior from management is pretty common
