Pros

-People that work here are amazing. Supervisors, Managers, Trainers, TMEs and Colleagues makes it worth it. - Opportunity to develop my career in another direction, keep learning new things and keep improving the skills I already had. - Time dedicated to learning and onboarding show they really care about the employees as persons. - All pros from working from home - Focus on quality and not on quantity. Positive and supportive attitude regarding any trouble you may have by your workplace or role. - Leadership principles, specially if you already had a basis and match your personality, will lead you to grow. - No matter at what position you are working, you always have open ways to contribute and improve procedures or some other aspects. - Quality of the equipment and technical support - Fair retribution, including extras for specific skills

Cons

- Highly dependent on technologies. A certain level of knowledge as user of technologies is mandatory. - Most of the trainings and learnings are 90% theoretical. In my opinion, more guided practice with cases, tools and environments would be needed to provide excellent customer experience to sellers. - Insane amount of Information that should be processed in short periods of time. Some of the courses would be more useful if splitted into more units. - Attention curve sometimes ignored; related to previous one, sometimes the courses were so thick that no pause was allowed for 120 minutes. There are plenty of studies that point out that attention cannot be focused for longer than 45 min to be really effective. - Having to change status every single time and affecting your adherence when you forget to do it. - All cons of working from home (specially few personal contact with colleagues)

Pros

For Barcelona its an ok salary and good benefits. Would recommend if you need a temporary job.

Cons

I would not recommend the AHS department, if you can pick any other department for example investigation specialist you should. This is just a job disguised as an important meaningful service but in reality its just a bad customer service with many inbounds from angry sellers that you are not equipped to help. This department is a front for sellers calling to you asking questions about decisions regarding their accounts made by other departments that you can not inform anything about. Majority of the day is to listen to suspended sellers being angry on the phone without any power to actually help them.
