Pros

As long as you have a great team and most importantly a manager who knows what they are doing the job is great.

Cons

Any word of a U word you get fired. Majorly terrible management half of the yearly salary is called bonuses so if you get sick you get half of what you normally would get and if you really need to go on longer sick leave you can´t, because the wages are barely a 1000euro. With new CEO in charge we saw the ¨American rat race¨ influences and people were forgetting that local laws make so many of it illegal. No more Christmas bonuses, zero appreciation, working weekends and all holidays unless you specifically request them off.

Pros

Competitive Salary and good entry level trainings

Cons

Clear tendency to transfer out of EMEA and towards APAC as of priority towards cheaper workforce. Difficult to grow as of downscaling Stressful environment with no workload /salary adaptation Constantly performance increase expectations making the mountain climbing mentality difficult

Pros

Decent entry level job with no need for previous experience, opportunity to get promoted or transferred to several different roles if you do a good job (mostly unpaid overtime). Usual overtime is paid but except for extra money and a "thanks" you won't get anything. If you want to over-achieve in your role and therefore get a promotion, expect unpaid overtime because those cannot be justified by the company to enter your payroll.

Cons

Your 15-min break time in the morning and afternoon is timed, your tea break and bathroom break is timed, and at the end of the day your performance might be impacted by having taken a few more minutes of break time. Your manager will ask what did you do with those few minutes. Micromanagement is performed to perfection in this role. People are used and managed like machines. And if you quit they have countless new hires to replace you.
