Pros

- Great Benefits and salary - Continuous upskillings

Cons

I have been hired for training and then after the first two weeks they dismissed me. As a motive they said hat during the first week I logged in on the computer twice at 9.02 (late by 2) and once at 9.03... I was in way before 9.00 and they only made a decision based on computer log stamps. This is not human

Pros

Salary and Benefits are fine, good office even if not well located, nice people

Cons

No career growth. If you enter as L4 you will leave the company as L4 moreover earning less than when you started. Manager are very young with zero experience. They are not able to support in your job. There is a lot of micro management. It's a job for Minions.

Pros

By the end you'll know you're worth more than what they offer.

Cons

Don't plan on suffering a miscarriage, business doesn't understand biology. You'll be offered a compensation in thebeginning that won't match what you get in the end.
