      Pros

      It is based in Barcelona and they pay good salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      Company culture is based on fear and on a "no-mistakes allowed" system. The owner is a 75 old man who wants to control everything, doesn't trust anyone and he just care about himself. In general is a very old fashion company in terms of marketing and sales strategy and innovation is not welcomed even though they talk a lot about it.

      Pros

      One of the things that stands out at Almirall is that people genuinely understand where the company is going. There’s a shared ambition to become a leader in medical dermatology, and most teams are clear on the strategy behind it, which makes the work feel coherent and purposeful. Beyond that, the people make a real difference. Colleagues are approachable, supportive and very human in how they work together. There’s a lot of collaboration across teams, and because the company isn’t huge, you can see the impact of your work and feel that your contribution counts. There’s also flexibility and an increasing focus on wellbeing, which helps with work‑life balance.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving, so things don’t always move as quickly as you’d like. Priorities can shift, which sometimes means adjusting plans along the way.
