Straightforward & transparent executive leadership team. Proper obstacles removed from sell-in success. Stable backing of parent company, Almirall. Small enough to make your mark known and contribute to process improvements. Dedicated solely to Dermatology sector.

Cons

Still having to overcome former leadership poor decision making and rebuild customer faith in company and products. Pipeline launch still 24 months out.

Great atmosphere, small company, nice offices, good benefits and work-life balance. It was an unique experience to star a company from scratch.

Cons

Unfortunately the company was acquired by AstraZeneca and Almirall close operations in Canada. It is going to be hard to find a company with the same atmosphere.
