One of the things that stands out at Almirall is that people genuinely understand where the company is going. There’s a shared ambition to become a leader in medical dermatology, and most teams are clear on the strategy behind it, which makes the work feel coherent and purposeful. Beyond that, the people make a real difference. Colleagues are approachable, supportive and very human in how they work together. There’s a lot of collaboration across teams, and because the company isn’t huge, you can see the impact of your work and feel that your contribution counts.
