Good salary, some good mates in old team.

Cons

In Spain too much risky policies. You cannot depend on one only product that is not yours (atorvastatine). You lose the patent you lose all the income. Easy. No strategy. No focus. Too much hierarquical Company so decissions are taken too late. You cannot depend on licenses in mature markets.
