      Pros

      For me they offer a great work life balance, and a competitive salary between my base and commission structure. The benefits are the best I've had since working for a multi-billion dollar Hi tech company, and praise is definitely given when its due. The local management is very supportive, and offer their expertise whenever you need advice.

      Cons

      Well in working in staffing, you always face adversity in the fact that it is very competitive. You definitely feel the pressure to fill job orders and bill, however I feel that this is a neccessary evil in order to succeed.

      Pros

      You get to work for the #1 Staffing Agency in the world. There is definitely a lot more freedom to do what you want to do as long as your making placements.

      Cons

      There is no database of candidates, they won't spend money on any resources to help recruiters. They are limiting any spending period (whether its taking candidates or clients to lunch). There is no help from management and we compete against companies that we own (Ajilon).
