1. No communication. Never heard from them in the 27 months on assignment. e.g. How's it going? Do you need anything? Do you have any questions? 2. No pay raise or c.o.l.a. after getting extended twice by client lasting over two years. 3.Payroll took state taxes from the wrong state on my W2! ( What a nightmare)

Client will close for full week for holidays without notice. Their employees can still get paid while contractors are thrown down a hole. The client company hires random people not based on merit while contractors that are loyal for years are teaching their employees how to do the job without incentive. Everyone assumes I'm dumb, I have education but right now I need to focus on family and learning skills on the side.
