You get a paycheque each week so you are able to pay rent and eat. The odd time you meet someone who turns out to change your life for the better.

Cons

The company has no appreciation for people working in the branches, it is all about the all mighty dollar..."make money...no matter how unethical you treat people". Sr. Management is comprised of those people who lacked the self esteem to walk away from a company that bases their promotions on your butt kissing skills. Education is irrelevant, if you are not capable of making a decision, treating people with integrity or forming a unique opinion of a situation than this is the company for you. Perfect example....during economical challenges this company took 5% of their employees salary right across the board....then they used this savings to buy another company to make their leaders more money...and how many people thought that this was wrong and left...not too many...they are conditioned to "follow the leader"...good or bad and therefore will go down with this sinking ship!
