Pros
Modern offices, very kind colleagues, high compensation schemes. The world of work is changing dramatically and the Company is trying its best to adapt and to be the pioneer in the usage of new technologies in this business. Creative minds and people that are able to quickly adapt to a continuosly changing environment are welcomed.
Cons
Too many big projects going on, the Management doesn‘t give the impression to know in which direction to move the ship. Crazy working hours are often requested and we‘re not given the proper tools to provide what we’re asked for.
