Pros

- Nice new office which actually had running water. - No one gets in early so when you do you have 10 minutes peace and quiet.

Cons

- No support. - Very micromanaged. No independence in your own work. - No life balance. - No lunch break and even if you do, you'll get a phone call or a text from the office saying it's urgent. - You have to beg managers to have a meeting with you. They're too busy being 'busy'. - Unrealistic targets to reach. - Told off when going to another manager for help when your manager says they can't, then your manager complaining to you that they've had a bollocking because of you. - Being told your work is not good enough even though you've put your heart and soul into it. I mean i could sit here and go on for ages but what's the point, they don't listen anyway.

Pros

Fabulous PTO policy (19 days + 7 holidays + 1 community service day); fun culture & work environment; opportunities for growth in Jacksonville, across the U.S., and abroad; meaningful... helping people find jobs

Cons

Some Corporate systems & processes are a bit outdated; tech updates are coming in 2018 though, so that shouldn't be a problem for much longer
