      It gives you a very good sense of what and HR Consultor work is like

      Cons

      Everyone is a number including yourself, they will expect 300% every day and if you don´t get to their numbers for external reasons (clients salary band, unreal expectations re. skilled candidates etc...) it will always be your fault.
