Pros

They paid pretty good, and had benefits after 30 days.

Cons

Took forever to get a question answered from trainer via email or instant message. There were 50+ people in our training class of all levels, and I don't feel as though I was properly helped. I have been in sales for 8+yrs and was new to the staffing industry, was told to absorb as much as I could ion training an not be too focused on making any placements immediately….So I did exactly that, and was let go due to them thinking I was not going to be bale to meet goals after 4 weeks. I definitely was not given a fair chance.

Pros

No responsibilities or ownership if you call that Pro

Cons

Company run by a bunch of elders who have been in company for ages. All talks about innovation but no action. Hire people in Prague but expect them to be full time in France (even during Pandemic) and prevent them from doing the work they were hired for. Worth when you leave the local HR takes ages to deliver exit paper and you need to pray to get them correct first time.

Pros

The colleagues were very friendly

Cons

Working as a "Staffing Manager" at Adecco is an extremely high paced, high stress role. It's essentially like working in Sales with knowledge needed in the job market and talent development. The managers were terrible they were constantly pressuring me to make candidates take jobs (that they did not want) so that we could receive commission. Once COVID hit those of us who were hired during Q4 were all laid off with 0 notice, no severance pay and still had to wait months to receive commissions pay. The job is not worth it. The health insurance is pricey and does not provide good coverage; to get the best plan it's about $250 monthly. The 401k has a low matching rate of a maximum rate of 3% - Much better places to work out there. Do not let these sales people convince you that this is a paradise
