Horrible management

Pros

Training was ok still felt like it was a load of nothing and thats about it

Cons

Horrible management, no worklife balance, training sucks, they put you on all these calls that are pointless, salary is crap and the commission structure is as well. At one point they tried taking that away until we hit a certain point. For people who have been in staffing it takes time to build yourself up and it does not happen overnight. Unrealistic goals. Oh, I forgot they will fire your team and get as much out of you before they let you go when you didn't have the tools to ever be successful there...

Pros

Loads of Hours Disability-Friendly Easy Job to Perform

Cons

Scandalously Poor Management Techniques Job Insecurity at any level, even with 10+ years on the Job Job requires sacrificing both client's quality and customer's satisfaction for company to maximize profit, and you perform the "dirty work" of it

Pros

Lot of time off. Could also mean you are getting laid off. Both potentially positive.

Cons

Salary, rotating priorities, constant management change
