Pros

Its a job, you get a salary. It is a temporary job, where you have no real career chances or ways to become an IBM employee

Cons

Answer phones. keep it short, make sure you give service. And then go home with your practically non existing pay.

Many of our clients do offer the opportunity to move from temp to perm. You can treat the temporary experience as an extended interview, an opportunity to show the client what you can do full-time!
