Pros

Colleagues and some of the contingent staff were fun to work with. Very fast paced environment, exposure to many different facets to HR. Great time off package.

Cons

Lack of training. Been with the company for a long time and there never has been any formal training program set in place other than online modules. No extra incentive for tenured employees other than more time off. Other than PTO, benefits package is sub par. No company parties or holiday events from corporate, other than small events/pot lucks coordinated bu local employees
