Pros

Paid on time every month but very little contact with anyone from Adecco which was not a bad thing as they are very disorganised. The HR managers are also not very motivated.

Cons

No real engagement with employees working on contracts for other organisations. No chance of growth within the organisation

Pros

Great culture. Love the team I work with. Corporate tries hard to make sure colleagues are happy.

Cons

Working remote dependent on department. My department was not a fan. 401(k) matching is horrible (100% matching up to 3% of salary, 50% matching after that up to 6%).

Pros

If you work hard and take initiative, management will help you grow and seek new challenges. Coworkers are really fun! We go out to happy hour on a monthly basis of we meet goals. Regional meeting allow employees throughout the area connect.

Cons

The actual job duties can be frustrating and draining. The expectation is to do it all for not nearly enough pay. Each branch operates independently and takes financial hits while corporate still reaps the benefits of success. There is a disconnect between Corporate expectations and the reality of dealing with the day-to-day in the branch. It's difficult to deal with unreliable clients and candidates. There is high turn-over and it doesn't seem to be a concern. People can only take so much before they look elsewhere and each branch makes cuts at the beginning of the year.
