Pros

I can walk to work. That's it, the only perk to the job is that it's close to home.

Cons

No bank holidays no bonus no sharesave no real perks since the ISSA bros have started grinding the company down and down due to catastrophic debts they can't afford.

Pros

Competitive salary, hybrid working, company car allowance / EV scheme, charity days, free parking, training.

Cons

The environment is ridiculously high stress with constantly changing and unrealistic timelines. The politics and processes are long and forever changing making it impossible to navigate even the simplest of tasks. Workload is totally overwhelming. They talk the talk when it comes to mental health and looking after employees but that’s not the reality. They push people to their absolute limits. Most people around me were struggling and senior leadership are fully aware of this and do nothing to support. It is without a shadow of a doubt the worst environment I’ve ever worked in.
