Fixed shifts so you can plan your life Discount Colleagues

Cons

Cutting hours across the store and not replacing colleagues who have left, so you are permanently short staffed yet expected to provide the same level of service. Management protecting their own departments and not acknowledging other problems. Not a nice place anymore, no team work at all.
