Pros

10% discount. Pays more than minimum wage. Opportunity to enter 'Asda Football League.' Was able to work within various departments.

Cons

Felt like wasn't offered promotion options or met my full potential within the company. Was put on 'bought in bread and cakes' without sufficient training or time allowance considering my small build and size.

Pros

I enjoy working with my colleagues and interacting with the customers. Hours are reasonable. have a colleague canteen with staff so that on a cold day you could have a warming delicious meal

Cons

Perks, other retailers get a higher discount then we do and in some case higher pay as well. Also there is not many out of work opportunities.
