- lots of responsibility as its a growing organisation - Adventurous work as you get exposed to remote parts of the world - Entrepreneurial Organisation as it is growing at a very fast pace and is one of the world's biggest terminal operators - Fast-paced.

Cons

- unstructured jobs, can lead to frustration sometimes - primarily dominated by European Management - very few women in upper management

Upward mobility is somewhat lacking in the current market. Hopefully a turn around in the economy will help to bring about more career advancement

Cons

Company relatively immature with respect to process and governance, a bit of 'old boys' network and not very diverse work force once you get up into senior management ranks (male and Danish)
