Pros

Ability to get outside and supervise people instead of being stuck in front of the computer all the time.

Cons

Salaries not competitive with other companies in industry, poor leadership in Los Angeles, and very poor back office support i.e. HR, IT, Admin.

Pros

family oriented, flexible (dependant on your management)

Cons

Salary, raises, bonuses, merit reviews suck, management is uppity. You are merely a number not a human being. No matter how hard you work, you can forget the decent raise or bonus, because it is dependent on how the manager feels about that day.

Pros

- Company promotes from within. - Opportunities abroad and domestic in multiple sister-companies. - Annual review criteria are clearly defined

Cons

- Lower level operations promotions require location-specific knowledge. If you want to change locations you almost have to make a lateral or backwards move. If you want to be promoted you have to stay at one location to move up the chain. - Company seems to give preference to legacy employees over 1st generation employees.
