      Pros

      The team accepted me as a contributing member of the team and once they realized I wanted to contribute they gave me more and more responsibilities. Due to hard work was allowed to work over time and get to know other team members better

      Cons

      Do not really have any bad comments due to the fact everyone on the team was friendly. it is a job in a union environment and most union members are not the friendliest in the beginning but do open up after a while.
