Pros

Benefits, on site gym(pre Covid), on site doctor . The few bonuses. The people i met on my team

Cons

Management ! They know nothing. Every time you look around , someone from upper management is leaving. they set these pretty much impossible expectations for all of the clients we have. The pay sucks. Got an FPC , and remained at a level one for THREE YEARS! After asking to take on more responsibility / proceeding with next steps to get that promotion... all for them to hire external PPR 2 positions on our team! Asked several times about transferring to another city and was denied. Once i put my two weeks notice in, then higher up management wants to reach out with “conversations” of wanting to help me transfer. Sucks i can never have my birthday off or travel home for Christmas because it’s “black out” period.

Pros

The people and managers are very nice. I didnt run into one person who refused to answer my questions or was hard to work with. You learn alot about payroll that will be a plus if you are looking to go into HR. Lots of over time. Pay was decent

Cons

I read reviews here before I went to ADP and I have to say I thought "ooh that is there perspective or just a disgruntle worker" but now I definitely believe these reviews are real especially for the MAS department. The case load is ridiculous and trying to catch up is near impossible. You have to update cases every three days and when you have over 20 cases it starts to become unattainable. They give 30 min to an hour of callback time and (some days you get no time) to research your cases . The time you do get can easily be taken up with trying to resolve one case. Then you also get assigned cases from the queue that often are without much information so you have to contact that client during your callback time which further puts you behind. They have these "case parties" on the weekend and sometimes after work. Which bleeds into your work/life balance. Although we were working from home there are times you will work over due to a long call or just trying to catch up on cases. So again work/life balance is nonexistent. If you have a family I would not recommend this job. I think it would be great for single people or people without kids. Part of the reason they are always hiring is because people are always leaving. This job is not for the faint of heart so just know what you are getting into. It is also a call center so keep that in mind. Also don't expect to be able to take off when you want . You will have to through hoops to do it. During year end there is also 1 hour of mandatory overtime each day.Last word of advice BELIEVE these reviews especially for majors.

Pros

Benefits are OK, some freedom to do what you can to make client happy

Cons

Management, clear favoritism, no support. If you're not a favorite, you know it. I had to go on FMLA for doctor's appointments. Whenever I went to an appointment, I was met with clear disappointment. Whenever I expressed a desire to move within the company, I was written up so I couldn't. It is all about the phone there and constantly pushing more and more products. They claim it isn't a call center, but when a metric is how many times you answer the phone, it's a call center. I left there in May of 2020 to a better job with a different company and I've never been happier. I never thought a positive work environment could exist because ADP drills into your head about how "awesome" it is. They preach "each person counts," but each person counts when you're a favorite
