Pros

Steady paycheck with industry standard benefits

Cons

I’ve already written one review about this company, but leadership is the worst I have ever seen. From the very beginning it was lie upon lie. From compensation to growth to company perks. Every little thing that comes out of lower management’s mouth is a complete and utter lie. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth unless you kiss the ring. Compensation is well below industry averages, but they love to sell lies. If I was a member of the board I would probably give leadership 5/5 stars, but as an employee I’m going to tell you now they do not care. You are a number. You will not be compensated fairly. You will not be treated with respect. You will not be treated as your labor is worth what it is because leadership is focused on one thing which is maximizing profits and reducing overhead. The current leadership does not understand anything about the company nor industry they are presiding over. They are in place to micromanage and cut cost. That’s it. Their current hiring and referral bonuses are in place for several reasons, but the main one is they’ve completely disrespected the workforce in their areas and have churned and burned through the talent.

Pros

Coworkers are supportive because they are going through the same stress. LOA policies for folks that need it. PTO wasn’t hard to use.

Cons

Management. The main reason I left. We only heard from our managers during covid, never heard from the senior leadership not once, minus an email about surveys. When a mass exodus of people started happening, no word from leadership, they acted like it wasn’t happening. The capacity was a joke, no one understands it, and everyone is over worked. The move back to the office in the middle of summer seems inconsiderate since most kids are out of school and all daycares are full. I don’t feel like they focus on quality has they use to, it’s about money. There are too many personal relationship/friendships that make it difficult to get a new role. There has been no round tables to discuss how employees feel or any check in from the SLT. The benefits are expensive, and low pay for the positions. Managers/Leadership will take credit for work you’ve done when getting promotions. I wish it was the way it was years and years ago where ADP was more remote and seemed to care about their employees well being.

Pros

Decent base salary and ramp up for a sales role. Benefits are good. Decent commission as long as nothing goes wrong with all the parties involved over a looong implementation period...

Cons

So many technical parties involved that it’s highly overwhelming. Expect this for atleast 12 weeks of implementation, along with many high-turnover technical parties being overseas, language barriers that are challenging for the client to communicate effectively with, and unrealistic overall quota expectations when you can only sell one of ADP’s many solution buckets which means you’re forced to push your product onto a client despite it not being what they really need.
