It's Not a Bad Place

Pros

The pay can be fair for entry level positions and the culture is welcoming for a hybrid work environment.

Cons

There's limited professional mobility once you're in a role. Mobility relies upon who you know rather than your demonstrated skills. They also are completely against remote work in all forms almost in an effort to push their hybrid work culture.

Pros

You don’t have to take calls. Overall pretty easy job. They don’t usually require payroll experience so a good way to get into ADP.

Cons

The pay is lower. If you do become a PPR I recommend moving up to a PSS. The job becomes more stressful but you’ll be paid more.
