An atypical culture

Pros

360Learning offers an unmatched culture in the space (Transparency, Your Life Your Way) From the beginning, I have felt surrounded by talented people, with a strong desire to grow, this is key for me

Cons

The company grows, so processes are created, and a pyramidal structure is shaping up (although it's nothing dramatic in practice for now)

We’re delighted to hear that you value our culture of transparency and flexibility, and that you’ve found yourself surrounded by talented, growth-oriented colleagues. It's incredibly important to us that our team feels supported and empowered to succeed, so we're glad this resonates with you. Regarding your feedback on the evolution of processes and structure as the company grows, we understand that scaling brings changes, and we’re committed to keeping our agility while avoiding the pitfalls of unnecessary hierarchy. We’re always working to find the right balance between structure and the creative freedom that has been key to our success. On the topic of micromanagement, we couldn’t agree more! Trust and autonomy are core to our values, and we want to ensure that our top performers, and all employees, feel empowered to innovate and push boundaries. We’ll continue to focus on this to maintain a culture where autonomy thrives. Thank you again for your feedback—it’s invaluable as we continue to grow together.

Pros

Nice remote team: coworkers at 360L diversity has enhanced over the years with remote work. Good Saas product. There is work to do: technical opportunity, and internal evolution. Tough but ok decisions to make the company profitable: they don't fire so it's positive. The core lead team cares.

Cons

Late on a lot of technical topics/infra. The tech stack is nice, but the workflow is not modern enough. Too long milestones.
