Thank you for your feedback and even more for your long-term commitment to 360Learning. Hearing this from someone who has been with the company for over 10 years is especially meaningful. It’s a strong signal that the flexibility, transparency, and focus on well-being we aim to build are not just short-term initiatives, but part of how we operate over time. We’re glad to see that this consistency is reflected in your experience, and we’ll keep working to maintain and strengthen these foundations as we continue to grow. Thanks again for being part of the journey.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your perception of management wasn’t fully positive. At 360Learning, we know that the manager’s role — which we frame as a “coach” role — is both demanding and essential to our culture. Providing transparent feedback and supporting performance can sometimes be perceived as a lack of benevolence, even though transparency and care are at the heart of our approach. We regularly review feedback from our pulse surveys, which show that most employees value the trust and clarity provided by their coaches, while we continue to work on ensuring this experience is consistent for everyone. Don't hesitate to contact the People & Culture team if you want to share any additional feedback. We appreciate your input and wish you all the best for the future.

Putting the con into Convexity

Pros

It's fine, you know. Pretty typical company of its size in most respects.

Cons

When I was there Convexity was losing badly to typical corporate practices, and I expect under the new CEO that loss will effectively be complete.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re surprised by the perception that 360Learning has shifted toward “typical corporate practices,” given that Convexity is not just a set of values for us — it’s our operating model. It drives how we make decisions, collaborate, and hold each other accountable: radical transparency on information and decisions, constant feedback loops, and the principle of low authority applied at every level, including by our CEO, who grew up in this culture and is one of its strongest advocates. If there are specific examples behind this impression, we would genuinely welcome that discussion — whether with HR or directly with our CEO — so we can understand and address it. Convexity remains central to how we work and the results we deliver together.
