Pros

I have recently been hired - this review may change as time goes by. - The Convexity system: a set of 13 pillars that define the way people work and interact inside the company. - The Engineering team is full of very technically talented people. Combined with benevolence and an emphasis on sharing knowledge (they build a learning platform after all), this means you will always be learning new things. - Career progress: I haven't reached that stage yet, but it's theoretically well crafted (for the Engineering Team at the very least) and based on factual accomplishments, not just pure negotiation skills. - Very interesting technical challenges. - Very good work-life balance ("Your life, your way"). Additional notes for anyone regarding Convexity: it isn't a fancy name given just to stand out from other companies: it REALLY is a part of the company's culture, and they are proud of it. You will feel at home if: - You are autonomous: people mostly work asynchronously and from home, at the hours that you want, without many meetings during the week unless really needed. - You are rational, impactful and result driven: you like things backed up by data, and not just words. - You like transparency and assume responsibility. - You can give and receive benevolent feedback. - You are eager to learn and progress, not just sit back and wait.

Cons

- Intense but very educating onboarding. - The Convexity system: you either love it, or you hate it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at 360Learning! We're thrilled to hear about your positive impressions of Convexity, our engineering culture, and the emphasis we place on learning and autonomy. Your description beautifully captures what we strive to build—a workplace where individuals can grow, thrive, and balance their professional and personal lives. We’re also grateful for your recognition of the onboarding process as both intense and educational. We are constantly iterating on it to strike the right balance and ensure it's impactful without being overwhelming. If you have specific suggestions to improve it, we’d love to hear from you! Convexity, as you noted, is more than a set of principles—it's the foundation of how we work. It's true that it resonates strongly with some while feeling less intuitive for others. That’s why we’re committed to supporting new joiners in adapting to this unique way of working. We’re glad you're finding value in the engineering team's focus on technical challenges and benevolence. Those qualities are key to our learning culture and growth. We look forward to seeing how your perspective evolves as you progress in your journey at 360Learning. Thank you again for your honest and detailed review. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your manager or the People & Culture team if you have any additional feedback—we're here to listen and continuously improve.
