First contact with a HR that explain you the job and answer all your questions about the recruitment process, she has been very transparent about it. I had to talk about my past experience, my motivation and she asked me for my salary expectations.
The week after I had an interview with the hiring manager who explains to me more specifically the purpose of the rôle, the team, etc...At the end of it, he gave me a design homework and told me to take the time I needed to work on it. 1 week later, I send back the exercice to the HR, who planned a meeting with a big part of the hiring team to present it. During my presentation, the team was very caring about my work and also ask me a lot of question about how I manage it, and how I was working in my current position.
I got a job propositon 10 days after, the hiring manager and the HR were very available to answer all my questions during every step of the process.
