I was initially contacted by a recruiter from the UK. After reviewing my experience, I received a call from an HR specialist. Three days after that call, we held a video chat, when I was explained the main company details and situation.
Then we had a first technical interview, only spoken, that lasted around 1 hour. After passing that interview, I had a longer technical interview, including questions and exercises. I passed the test, and then I had one last interview with two technical leads (at the same time), one from Barcelona and the other one from Madrid. Then I received the job offer.
Throughout the process, the team seemed to have a previously well-defined selection process, although there were changes in the position for which they were considering me. They were very honest about the career expectations they could offer me and they knew how to hear my interests when making the offer.
