After applying online, I was approached by an HR person from a third party company and I was asked about my experience and reasons why I would want to join the company. The HR person was very open minded and communicative, constantly checking with me the status of my recruitment process.
Then I had the first technical interview to solve two problems in Java on Codility platform and I got a score. The second and third technical interviews had similar approaches and were taken on Skype with different Technical Team Leads from the company. The tasks were to design and speak about how I would implement a system with specific requirements ( big scale web app ).
The technical people were very communicative and asked questions to understand the proposed solution and were kind to answer all the questions I had about the company.
The last interview was with the HR manager who asked me about my past experience and why I would want to join the company. She gave me all of the requested information, but I was under the impression that she was in a rush or so. After this I waited about two weeks before I eventually got the offer. She didn't seem like a punctual person which left me a bad impression. I didn't see a pro-active attitude and when we talked about the benefits the answers were almost all Nos.
