I worked with Kari and she's by far the best recruiter I've ever worked with! Throughout the interview process, she made sure I know what to expect going into the interview; she also made sure to pass on feedback after each interview. She also went above and beyond to find me a role at Upwork that is the perfect fit for me. Unfortunately, it didn't work out in the end, but I really enjoyed working with her and meeting all the amazing people throughout the process.
The interview process consists of the following -
1. Recruiter call
2. Interview with hiring manager
3. Onsite with people on the team
4. Last round with senior leaders

Question 1
It's mostly behavioral in nature. There were some product scenario questions here and there, such as what would you do to improve this product area (it tends to be related to the role you are interviewing for). There was also an analytical case question during the onsite round.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Upwork (Chicago, IL) in May 2020
Interview
All over zoom, first was with a recruiter. The next step was just a phone interview with your new boss. Then, the next round was a 4 hour process with 4 different interviews. No over the top hard questions. All reasonable.
