I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Newark, NJ) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied through Campus website first and went to their information session before the day they had interview. On the next day, there were 2 back-to-back interviews. I was supposed to have 3 totally, but for the last round the hr person left early and they told me to wait in the next few days. That was quite random and unprofessional. Later,I received a online assessment test and did it really well(it consisted of situational, math, and logic). Ans today,I I just received an email saying that they decided to pursue other candidates. Overall, the interviewers were polite and nice. However, after talking to them. I just didn't feel Target is a good place that fits me any more

Applied for ETL position through campus career services department. I was contacted for an in-person, on-campus interview. 2:1 interview that lasted about 1 hour.
