I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target
Interview
At first, my experience was very positive. I contacted a recruiter and sent him me resume. He scheduled a phone interview a week later. I talked to him for about 45 min and got asked five questions that were "tell me a time that". I got the assessment the next day and asked to.interview in person with the STL and DTL a week later. This is where it went down hill. After about 10 min into the interview with the stl, they thought I was a campus recruit which I was not I had previous experience with another retailer. It was so rushed being the last one of the day. Got the impression that my experience actually hurt me because they want fresh younger college graduates with no experience that they can create target robots.
