I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Las Vegas, NV) in Sep 2012
Interview
The first interview was on the phone with a recruiter, who just got basic information, covered my resume and asked why I wanted to work at Target. Once I passed that interview, I got a face-to-face interview with 2 different Store Managers, both very similar in nature, asking basic situational questions. After that, the next phase of the interview process was a face-to-face interview with 2 Target District Managers. This was about 45 minutes asking very procedural questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Houston, TX)
Interview
I was recruited by Target at a job fair. I arrived for my first interview, where I sat with about 10 other applicants. I was called back for round one...passed and was told I would be taken up front to schedule my second interview. No scheduling involved, just herded back into another room, completely unprepared for what was happening.
