Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

Apply to position, then complete online assesment....then phone interview, followed by 3 interviews, each with 2 interviewers.

I'm in the interview process for an ETL position. So far my experience has been pleasant. Initially, I recieved a phone call from the recruiter who conducted a phone interview. Then I was given an online test. After that test I was scheduled for a face to face interview with a Group Team Leader and a Store Team Leader on the same day. All questions were behavioral based. Those interviews went well and now I'm awaiting an interview with a District Leader.
