Target Executive Team Leader interview questions

You will have two phone interviews followed by an on-site tour and round robin interview process. During the Round Robin Interview Process you will be asked two questions per interviewer. Questions are behavioral based and should be answered using the STAR Method (situation, task, action and results).

A recruiter reached out to me from my CareerBuilder profile. We had a 15 minute screening conversation and we set up my first phone interview. It was the first of four: two phone interviews, two in-person. The whole process took about a month because of them having to arrange around various people's schedules.
