I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I started out with a face to face interview with a team member from HR and immediately following that interview interviewed with the store team leader from that store. Target didn't have a specific position open, but they said they hire ahead of time because positions frequently open and they don't want to be understaffed. About two weeks later I interviewed face to face with the district team leader and finally finished a couple weeks later with a phone interview with the regional team leader and HR person. They have you take a test (math, reasoning, personality)...my advise would be to take your time, even though they keep track of how long you take on each question. Better to take longer and get a better score, then move fast and get a poor score.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to deal with someone using a different approach or different tactics than you've had to use in the past.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2013
Interview
Very thorough and explicit as to what to expect. The interviewers really focused on the person and experiences, not the gung-ho attitude. Gave feedback during the interview process, which I liked a lot. Each of the leaders doing the interviews gave me a comfortable and professional vibe. I saw this as a great opportunity to grow with a great company.
