I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The process was very simple: They discuss with you on the phone to get to know you a little bit. Then, you would have a in person interview. Afterwards, they will follow up with you within a couple days to tell you if you got the job or not.

Question 1
N/A nothing was unexpected. It was straightforward. You must understand situational questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (New York, NY) in Jul 2013
Interview
The entire process took about 2 weeks, I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within 2 days. i was asked 5 behavioral questions and I was then scheduled for 2 in person interviews on the same day. The in person interviews went well I was contacted about an hour later to schedule a job shadow. I did the job shadow late at night and I thought it went well, however, after the job shadow I received a generic letter from HR stating I was not selected to move forward with the final interview. Keeping in mind the whole time I was doing the job shadow the employee stated this was not an interview but more about me getting to know what I would be doing. The employee was talking to me as if I already had the position so I have no clue why I was not selected to move forward as I have more experience than the typical college grad and the position is usually filled by recent college grads. I actually don't think they really were hiring for the position, and a few days after getting the email from HR I got a link to do a reputation survey Which I thought was quite odd. Why ask me to do a survey about your company after rejecting my application
