Interview
Interview consisted or a telephone interview with a recruiting coordinator that lasted roughly 20 minutes. After that I was scheduled for a set of round robin interviews at a local distribution center. Conduct three interviews with district level leadership and all interviews consisted of behavioral based questions. Most of the questions started with "Tell me about a time when..."

Most difficult question asked was "Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a policy or procedure and how you went about handling this issue."

Interview
I get my on campus interview email few days after talking with two recruiters in the job fair. I then have the first interview on campus with one of the recruiter. Ask me basic behavior questions. After first interview, I receive a message to finish online screening assessment. Also, I get another call for another interview on campus. I conduct the second interview with two staffs. One is the district human resource manager. The other is the district team manager. I was told that the next round would be a phone interview with the district group manager in early next week. Looking forward to getting the notice

was contacted by a target recruiter who saw my resume on indeed, did an initial 5-10 minute phone screening and then scheduled an interview with a team leader. also had to take an assessment which includes some math so have some scrap paper nearby. asked basic questions about why I want to work for target and to explain my leadership experience. Interview was this morning so I am still waiting for a call back for the next round. also asked 4 behavioral based questions
