TELUS Sales Representative interview questions

Met with the manager and a current sales rep the same day I applied. Was asked about my current sales experience and knowledge on cell phones which were pretty minimal at the time. However, the manager then shifted questions towards teamwork and customer service, focusing on scenarios.

The interview process is pretty simple, well for me the HR asked me about myself, how I heard about the job, am I willing to drive a little far and was I looking for something long term or short term.
