The interview was really easy going, it was basically just a conversation to see if I was normal and a good fit for the job. Not a long process at all. Didn't need to dress up, just show up early and look presentable and highly interested in the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly customer service questions, also asked what I do outside of work for fun
A few question about yourself, your interests, your desire to work in technology etc. Some typical interview questions (why do you want to work here, qualities, flaws etc.), some situational contexts (what would you in X situation).

Question 1
If you knew you needed to go to an appointment after a shift, but customers walk in when there is only 5 minutes to closing, what would you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2017
Interview
Incredibly easy. I was asked two real questions, the interviewer spent about 10 minutes telling me what the work culture is like at Telus, and they said they would most likely follow up with me soon. Got a call back with an offer the next day.
