Applied online through the Telus job portal with a referral. I was contacted by a talent acquisition person 3 days later requesting for a phone interview that same week. The phone screening was around 30 minutes starting with questions of every position I held in the past. Then there were other behavioural questions. Two hours later I received a link to complete a behavioural test. Two weeks passed since this when I received a call from the hiring manager requesting a time to set up a video interview. The video interview was with the hiring manager and two directors. The questions were straight forward, and the people were very nice. In total, it was around 45 minutes. One week after the video interview, I got a call and an email from HR requesting for work references and consent to a background check. One week later, I received a job offer! A total of 1 month and 1 week from the first phone screening to job offer.
