TELUS Project Manager interview questions

This could be specific to the particular situation surrounding this position, but the process took a total of 5 months (from the first interview with HR to the tendering of the offer). Communication with HR was great - they were very open and continued to provide me with updates throughout the entire process. In total there were 5 interviews (1 with HR over the phone, 1 with hiring mgr - initial, a 2nd with hiring mgr - presentation, 1 with director/vp, and 1 to present offer). Advice: come prepared. Telus is very big on asking candidates to do a powerpoint slide deck and presentation. Beat them to the punch and have one ready for the interview - situation analysis, SWOT, roadmap. Show you're a go-getter.
